Sean Pease, Board Member

Sean Dale Pease brings over 11 years of dedicated service with the Dallas Police Department to his role as a valued board member of the Assist The Officer Foundation. His extensive background within the force includes pivotal roles in North Central Patrol, North Central Crime Reduction Team (CRT), Northeast Patrol as a Field Training Officer (FTO), and as a Detective in both the Robbery Unit and Special Investigations Unit. Currently holding the rank of Sergeant at Northeast Patrol and Marine Unit, Sean's commitment to the well-being of first responders is unwavering.

Sean's passion for the welfare of first responders extends beyond his professional duties. As a volunteer chaplain with the Dallas Police Association, he has firsthand experience addressing the critical needs of individuals requiring counseling and support following challenging incidents. Sean frequently receives calls from fellow first responders seeking someone to talk to, access to professional services for themselves or their families, or assistance with financial challenges arising from critical incidents. His dedication to providing assistance in these crucial moments underscores his commitment to the well-being of those who dedicate their lives to public service.

Away from his demanding role in law enforcement, Sean finds solace in spending quality time with family and friends. His diverse interests include Country Western Dancing, Off-Roading in his Jeep, and exploring new destinations through travel.

Originally hailing from Dallas, Sean's educational journey took him to Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Education. Prior to joining the police force, he dedicated 17 years to the Texas A&M University Agricultural Research Station. Sean continued his academic pursuits at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he earned a Masters of Divinity with Biblical Languages degree.
