Dedicated with gratitude to the men and women of the Dallas Police Department who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty. With this memorial, we preserve and honor their memory, and the sacrifices of the families who have given our city these heroes. We also honor all other officers of the Department on duty, yesterday, today and tomorrow for their service in protecting the citizens of Dallas.
